Healthy Plate created the Meal Prep  program to help save time for busy families and individuals, our meal preparation will help you get back some of your valuable time by preparing your everyday meals. We will help you prepare a meal plan for 2 weeks, 1 month, 6 months, and 1 year. We call our clients every two weeks to find out what meal they would like for the upcoming weeks and will get a rotation of the meals based on what they ordered. Healthy Plate also has a variety of speciality meals including vegetarian meals, diabetic meals, paleo meals, and gluten-free meals. An advantage to our meal prep is that there's a variety of food choices, it's a time saver, its economical (preparing causes less waste), new foods you can try, less stress, and great food.
